The highlight of my Casablanca experience had to be dinner at Rick's Cafe Americain. Rick's is the name of the fictional bar Bogart owns in the movie 'Casablanca'. A few years ago, an american living in Casablanca decided to bring this place to life, and she did an amazing job at recreating it. There wasn't any gambling at this one though.

What they did have though was great food, and an amazing atmosphere. We had an incredible meal, T-Bone steaks and red wine followed cheesecake. We liked the place so much we didn't leave until around midnight. They had their own versions of "Sam" playing tunes on the piano most of the note. After our meal we ordered up another bottle of vino and just sat around listening to the music.
I'm not normally a gin drinker, but I felt obligated to have atleast one in such a famous "gin joint".
