Pre-Holiday Celebrations

Today was declared a National Holiday in Libya in honor of tomorrow's national holiday. First of September is the anniversary of the Great Revolution, and tomorrow will mark 40 years. Work has been underway replacing all of the 38 and 39's with 40 across town.

It's a pretty big deal over here. Apparently over the weekend, the Leader decided one day simply wasn't enough time to celebrate. When a guy has AK-47's that can shoot lightning people listen to what he says.
